Clean room and great shuttle service, but restaurant staff needs better training.

I stayed one night and was pleased the lobby was clean upon entering, but the bathroom had no fan, making it humid and uncomfortable. I wouldn't choose this place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, super clean, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! It had a variety of choices, and the hot coffee was a highlight.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park, just a short drive from the hotel. The park offered tons of space for our family to relax and play. The staff here was exceptionally accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished for a little more variety in breakfast options for families. The limited choices were disappointing for them.

The location was close to the airport, which is convenient. The desk staff were practically 14/10, Jessica was super helpful and friendly, always willing to assist whenever we needed something.

It wasn't exactly a budget-friendly stay, but it was still acceptable for the convenience we got.

excellent access to parks and nearby attractions

I really appreciated how convenient it was to walk to Old Town Park, which is just a few minutes away, and the comfortable king suite we stayed in made it easy to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Ontario Town Square.

During a family emergency, the staff went above and beyond to support us. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided a much-needed refuge.

The parking lot was a bit cramped, making it challenging to find a spot at busy times. A little more space would have been appreciated.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the front desk staff made me feel welcomed. My room, a Standard King Room, was clean and comfortable with excellent temperature control. I appreciated the variety of TV channels available. it kept me entertained during downtime. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The air conditioning was pretty loud, making it hard to sleep at times. The bathroom had a strange odor that lingered, which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast options were limited, and I was disappointed that they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast as I expected it would be included. It would have enhanced the stay significantly if they had a better breakfast option. The location was convenient, but the lack of amenities made it feel less value-oriented. These factors could use some improvement.

Had to spend 2 nights here with a group, and honestly, it didn't meet my expectations. The room was dark and kinda dusty. There's no free breakfast, and the AC was super loud and made my allergies worse. At least the blankets were warm when we felt too cold. I wouldn't choose this place again.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast—freshly baked croissants and a great selection of organic juices. Just a little annoyed with the noisy upstairs guests. 😉
